Shipping policy
At frivum, we strive to offer the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to customers worldwide, ensuring a high level of service and prompt responses.
Once you place an order, it is carefully checked in our warehouse. We inspect the item and, if applicable, charge it in advance so that you can use it immediately upon arrival. This process takes 1 to 3 working days.
Once the package is en route, you will receive a Track & Trace code to track your order. Our shipping partner delivers the package within 2 to 4 working days.
Delivery times for key destinations:
- Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany: 4-6 working days.
- Rest of Europe / United States / Canada / Australia: 4-7 working days.
Please note: Shipping times do not include possible delays due to customs and import duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Want to modify your order? Please email info@frivum.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes, but please be aware that packing and processing begin immediately upon receipt of the order.
